Returns & warranty

Please check your parcel in front of the rider.

• Wrong item or damaged on arrival: message us on WhatsApp within 3 days with a photo or video and we will replace it free of charge.
• Products with a warranty (power banks, chargers, earbuds and similar) are covered against manufacturing faults for the period written on the product page.
• Physical damage, water damage and broken seals on glass protectors are not covered.
• Refunds for bank transfers are sent back to the same account within 5 working days of us receiving the item.
